CNMV office
- The electronic office has been created by Resolution of 16 February 2010.
- The scope of application of the office covers all the proceedings and procedures included in the CNMV's electronic register and listed in Annexes I and II of the Resolution of 16 November 2011.
Individual certificate and electronic signature
- Bodies corporate that need to process any of the procedures provided in Annex I to the Resolution of 16 November 2011 via this electronic office must first of all register with the CIFRADOC/CNMV service. To do so, they must apply for accreditation of the capacity of legal person for submitting electronic normalized documentation as indicated in section fourteen of the aforementioned Resolution. - Natural persons wishing to submit whatsoever electronic writ, application or letter via this electronic office must use the form provided in Annex II to the Resolution of 16 November 2011and use the open area of this page if they have an electronic certificate. Individual certificate application.

- Signature platform. For browsers Chrome, Firefox or Edge, without java enabled, you need to install the electronic signature application developed by the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration and published in the Portal of electronic administration (PAe)

- Suggestions and complaints relating to the content, management and services offered by this Virtual Office may be made by:
  - Submission in person or by post to the General Register of the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (National Securities Market Commission), in Madrid, c/ Edison 4 or in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, 19-4rd floor.
  - Submission by Internet via the procedure established for this specific purpose in the open area of this Virtual Office.

- Registration for the CIFRADOC service to carry out the procedures set out in Annex I to Resolution of 16 November 2011, smay be done:
  - In-person, by submitting the standard form, certificate of the Companies Registry and the public deed of the articles of association
  - Electronically, using the CIFRADOC service enabled to this end at the CNMV’s Virtual Office by accessing with the valid digital certificate of a natural person, of the legal person’s representative, of the sole/joint director, or the electronic Spanish National Identity Card (DNI-e) of the applicant FAQS
